哀莫大於薪死！離職前我們同肝共苦，離職後仍然各自辛苦…

離職前輩有說過，真正要離職的時候，原因除了心死，還有薪死。當然也有很多不管有心沒薪，都會繼續待在公司當地縛靈的同事們…

那些只出一張嘴，每天抱怨公司的，通常不會先離職，先離職的從來都是默默不抱怨的那些。為什麼呢？有人說，因為聽其他人抱怨讓日子更苦了，所以寧願換個環境，起碼安靜一點。

到底為什麼離不了職呢？不外乎就是各種找藉口～比如小編我。大家都說機會是給準備好的人，但我的廢從來都沒讓我有準備好的一天。能廢則廢，廢一天是一天。追逐理想工作路上你不孤單，因為很多人陪你一起耍廢放棄，比如小編我。

也是有人是迫於現實離不了的！哀莫大於薪死，職場上很多辛酸讓人很難受沒錯，但也只能放寬心接受。想要離職的話，不妨先看看自己的存摺…或許你就會瞬間打消念頭了！

不論是送別自己或是送別同事，都hen難受啊～還是菜鳥的時候，看到同「肝」共苦過的前輩離職，超級難過啊！後來漸漸習慣了，才發現前面幾次都只是預習，天下哪有不散的筵席呢～習慣就好啦！

離職這回事，總有一天會輪到自己的。雖然上帝關了這扇門，一定會再別處幫你開一扇窗。只是他可能會搞錯幫你開窗的位置，因為他不知道你掉到豬隊友挖的洞裡～默默在Ｂ3住了一陣子。只要想辦法找到出路，從地底爬上來後絕對會看到你的那扇窗，有出路就是有希望啊～
